Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been shipped. All frozen fish products for ceviche are final and cannot be returned or refunded, except in the cases mentioned below.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or spoiled product, please contact us immediately. We will accept claims within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide a detailed description of the issue and, if possible, photos of the product in question.
- In the case of damaged or incorrect products, we will offer a solution that may include replacing the product or providing a partial or full refund, at our discretion.
- Claims for damages will not be accepted if the products have not been stored properly after delivery.
Shipping and Delivery
We ensure that all products are shipped in optimal conditions, using appropriate shipping methods to keep the product frozen. Once the order has been delivered to the provided address, we are not responsible for improper handling or failure to store the product correctly by the customer.
Cancellations
Due to the speed with which perishable product orders are processed, we only accept cancellations if they are made before the order has been prepared for shipping. Once the order has been processed, we cannot accept cancellations.
